Pay Your Bill by Credit Card

Pay your bill by credit card either online or by phone. Official Payments Corporation, the service provider, charges a 2.5% convenience fee on each transaction. 

Please have available:
•      Your policy number (example: A123456789)
•      Bill number
•      Premium amount
•      Credit card information

Official Payments will:
•      Display total payment, including convenience fee
•      Obtain card charge approval
•      Issue on-screen confirmation and printable receipt.

Confirmation is e-mailed upon request. Payment will be credited to your NYSIF account within 48 hours. Your credit card statement will record the premium amount as STINSFDNY, with the convenience fee on a separate line recorded as Official Payments.

Official Payments has a secure web site that supports 128-bit SSL encryption as verified by Verisign.

You can also pay by phone, toll-free. Call 877-309-6028, and have available:

•      Your policy number
•      Bill number
•      Phone number
•      Premium amount
•      Credit Card number
