NYSIF was established in the 1914 Workers’ Compensation legislation and was mandated to provide New York State employers with workers’ compensation coverage at the lowest cost consistent with a solvent Fund.

We offer both Workers’ Compensation (on-the-job injuries and illnesses) and Disability Benefits (off-the-job injuries and illnesses), and value our relationship with insurance brokers, safety group managers, accountants and other authorized representatives.
