Language Access Documents

New York's Statewide Language Access Policy as set forth in Executive Order 26, issued October 6, 2011, directs public service agencies to provide interpretation services between the agency and an individual in his or her primary language with respect to the provision of services or benefits. In compliance with this order, NYSIF offers translation services in the six most common non-English languages spoken by individuals with limited English proficiency in New York State, based on the most recent United States census data.
