Print Internet Explorer Trouble Shooting If You Are Experiencing Trouble Using NYSIF Online Services If you are experiencing a problem using Internet Explorer to access our site and application pages (i.e., Request a Quote, Report an Injury, eCERTS®), click the Compatibility View button in the Address bar to fix this. The button looks like a ripped piece of paper to the left of the Refresh button. If you don't see the button, there's no need to turn on Compatibility View.
