FDA Safety Checklist for Food Operations

The Employee Health and Food Safety Checklist for Human and Animal Food Operations During the COVID-19 Pandemic is available on the FDA website.

Be Prepared for any Emergency
While most businesses understandably remain focused on operating safely in the COVID-19 environment, employers should remember to have a preparedness plan in place to respond to all emergencies.

OSHA reminds employers that emergencies can create a variety of hazards for workers in all industries. Its emergency preparedness resources for employers include information on general emergencies and response; natural disasters and weather; chemical, bio and explosive hazards, and disease and toxins. See OSHA’s Emergency Preparedness and Response pages for more information.
