Online Account Access Easier to Manage

NYSIF has introduced changes to help our policyholders manage their online accounts with greater convenience.

Now, it’s much easier for workers’ compensation and disability benefits policyholders with online accounts to choose how much access to grant to authorized users.

Policyholders now have the choice to provide authorized users with full access or certificates-only access. We’ve also streamlined the process so that you only need to provide access once for authorized users — you don't need to recertify their access level each year.

Access Levels 

Full access grants authorized users the same access as master account holders, including access to all policy and claims information.

We recently added certificates-only access, which now allows account holders to limit access for authorized users, enabling them to create, download, validate and subscribe to receive insurance certificates only.

Automatic Recertification

In the past, brokers' access to view workers’ compensation claims information needed to be recertified annually by the policyholder. This annual recertification now happens automatically, ensuring that brokers can access claims details without interruption. You can still revoke access anytime on your landing page. Only master account holders may grant or revoke access.
