Access Claims Remotely
The best way for a claimant to access a claim is to first access their NYSIF online account. Claimants can enroll in direct deposit, view a summary of their claim, and obtain greater control of the claims process. If claimants are interested in discussing a monetary settlement of a claim, they can contact their case manager or consult with an attorney if they are represented. Claimants can also visit our website if they need help finding their case manager.
