Go Paperless with NYSIF's Notification Center

NYSIF’s new Notification Center makes it easier for policyholders and representatives to manage your workers’ comp policies and receive email notifications regarding policy documents and audits.

Choose to go paperless with NYSIF and save yourself from paper bills and policy information pages. Just sign up at our Notification Center to turn off the paper and receive email notifications as soon as policy documents and billing statements are available.

Signing up for email notifications from NYSIF is easy.

1. Go to nysif.com: Log in, then select "Account Management” from the drop-down menu.
2. Choose "Email Notifications" to access your Notification Center.
3. Select your paperless options: You can choose to go paperless with your premium bill and/or policy documents. To get the most out of going paperless, choose both. Once enrolled, the master account holder will automatically receive email notifications when these documents are available.
4. Set up email notifications for your authorized users: Choose the "Notification Management" tab to manage email notifications for your authorized users so they are notified as soon as new bills and policy documents become available.

Go Further with Your Online Account

The Notification Center allows you to set notifications for authorized users by policy and by document type so you can always stay on top of your account.

A new option for broker accounts allows reps to enroll to receive a notification when premium bills are issued to clients. NYSIF stopped mailing paper bills to representatives last September. Electronic versions of the bills are available in the Notification Center.

New Year, New Paperless Future

We encourage brokers to sign up for email notifications if they want to continue to be notified of their clients’ billing statements, and we urge policyholders to also take advantage of our new paperless options and the convenience of online access to claims loss data, audit worksheets, account summaries and more.

NYSIF plans to introduce a paperless option for disability benefits policyholders later this year.
