NYSIF is Responding to Our Policyholders' Needs

We want to assure our policyholders that we have taken the necessary steps to continue business operations and meet your needs in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. The articles in this Workers' Comp Advisor summarize our efforts on behalf of our customers and offer resources to help you get through the crisis.

We’re here to help. NYSIF is going beyond the requirements of Governor Cuomo’s executive order to suspend cancellations for non-payment of workers' compensation policies for 60 days for employers with 100 or fewer employees. The most important thing you can do right now for your workers’ comp policy is to contact us. We need to hear from you so we can adjust your payroll and premium to reflect current business conditions and help your business be better positioned for the coming recovery.

Have You Tried Our Secure Audit Upload?

The New York State Department of Financial Services has suspended onsite physical audits by insurers. So, we want to remind you about our secure Audit Document Upload system. Policyholders or their representatives can go to nysif.com/auditupload to upload the necessary audit documents for NYSIF to perform your audit remotely.
