AutoPay Available for Policyholders

NYSIF has introduced AutoPay, which allows workers’ comp and disability benefits policyholders to sign up for automatic, recurring, monthly payments at AutoPay is simply the easiest and most convenient way to pay your NYSIF premium.

New Class Code for Telecommuters

As a reminder, NYSIF wants to hear from you to determine if we need to adjust your payroll to reflect changes that could lower your premium. For example, if your employees have been reassigned due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, they may be eligible for a new workers' comp class code approved by the New York State Department of Financial Services for your telecommuting employees.

Online Updates for DB/PFL Accounts

Disability benefits policyholders, you can now access and view policy documents and bills at your convenience. Just log in to your account and choose "Documents" from a newly redesigned account page that makes it easier for you to access your policy information. And for maximum convenience, use for your disability benefits and paid family leave payroll reporting.

IVR Streamlined for Callers' Ease

Our new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system makes it easier than ever for you to self-serve when calling our Contact Center. In designing our new IVR, we decided on a "less is more" approach. The system, which had consisted of 12 main menu options, has been streamlined to just five. We invite you to give it a try – just call 888-875-5790 and get right down to business.

More Codes Auto-Quote Eligible

Our list of classification codes now eligible to receive a NYSIF Auto Quote has expanded to nearly 100, comprising multiple industry groups, including some low-risk construction codes. “This change aligns with our efforts to improve customer service and make it easier for employers to do business with NYSIF,” Director of Underwriting Steve Bell said.
