Workers' Comp Payment Plans

  • Premium up to $999 - 100% down
  • Premium $1,000 and over - 25% down and nine equal payments
  • NYSIF PAYGO - $0 down; payments based on actual payroll each per pay period through approved payroll processors

Installment Plans (other than PAYGO)

  • The first payment must be received prior to policy inception or the renewal due date found on your monthly bill.
  • You may pay in full at any time, or pay the minimum amount due.
  • A $10 policy service charge is applied to each installment bill.
  • All policy activity during the month is reflected in the next billing statement.
  • Audit balance installments vary based on when the audit balance posts to your account.
  • No interest is charged on audit balances that are paid in full. Unpaid audit balances are subject to a 1% monthly interest charge.
  • The minimum amount due must be paid by the due date, found on your monthly bill, to avoid cancellation of the policy.
  • Payment is due immediately on all cancelled policies.
