Electronic Submission of Bills/Documentation
(Effective January 7, 2025)
NYSIF is pleased to share changes we are making to our medical billing process. This includes submitting bills for review, repricing, and payments and EOBs issued for health care services provided to our injured workers. This streamlined process will allow you to get paid faster, speak to coding experts about billing and payments and access a real-time online portal for bill status updates.
Effective January 7, 2025, NYSIF's new billing & repricing vendor is Mitchell International, Inc. If you submit bills electronically, you may use Mitchell’s clearinghouse to do so, which can be found at www.jopari.com.
Medical providers may also use the following Clearinghouses:
- Carisk Intelligent Clearinghouse (CIC), a division of Carisk Partners (formerly iHCFA):

Please submit all paper medical bills and supporting documentation, including reconsiderations, for bill review to the following address according to the dates listed below:
