Lisa Ullman, Health Policy Advisor: Lisa joined NYSIF in 2022 after nine years at the New York State Department of Health, where she served as Executive Director of the Adult Home Settlement Initiative and Director of the Center for Health Care Policy and Resource Development. With more than 25 years of state agency experience and extensive policy-making, budget and legislative expertise, Lisa spent 10 years at the Office of the Attorney General and seven years in the Executive Chamber as Assistant Counsel to the Governor. As a member of the Executive Management Team, the Health Policy Advisor serves as lead agency expert on federal and state health policy, as well as develop policy positions and public statements on local, state and national health developments.
Lisa earned a JD at Albany Law School, an MBA from Union College and a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Albany.
