NYSIF has made significant enhancements to its online Premium Audit Scheduling System (PASS). PASS now gives workers' comp policyholders and their representatives the opportunity to schedule a virtual audit appointment at a date and time that is convenient for them. Policyholders can conduct their payroll verification and communicate with a NYSIF auditor in real time via video conference.
