NYSIF is pleased to announce that we are partnering with Paychex, Inc., to provide our policyholders with NYSIF PAYGO (pay-as-you-go), a workers’ compensation premium payment service. PAYGO allows NYSIF to calculate workers’ compensation premium based on actual payroll for the period, while allowing policyholders to better manage their workers’ compensation costs.
NYSIF PAYGO is now available to eligible NYSIF policyholders who use Paychex payroll processing services. Policyholders who are already Paychex clients and are interested in participating in NYSIF PAYGO can call Paychex at (844) 836-9860 to enroll at the time of NYSIF policy issuance or renewal. Policyholders interested in becoming a Paychex payroll processing client can call Paychex at (855) 973-2414 to learn more about the program.
NYSIF expects that we will be able to add additional payroll providers to our NYSIF PAYGO program by the second half of 2016. NYSIF will provide additional details on the expansion of our program as they become available.
