The New York State Insurance Fund continues to work diligently to provide our stakeholders with the most efficient way to obtain online policy and claims information. This includes allowing NYSIF customers to add authorized users to their NYSIF online account.
As part of our ongoing commitment to the privacy and security of your online policy and claims data, NYSIF has established a recertification process for authorized user accounts. The master account holder will be required annually to recertify each authorized user account.
This requirement became effective on Monday, March 19; users will receive an email recertification notice based on the creation date of the authorized user account(s).
The master account holder will receive email notification of upcoming recertifications along with related instructions. As an added convenience, the master account holder can recertify multiple accounts at once. The authorized user will also receive email notification of upcoming recertification.
Please note that only the master account holder can recertify an authorized user; NYSIF cannot provide this authorization.
