More Time to Pay Your Bill!

More time to pay! We listened to your feedback and have extended payment due dates to provide policyholders with 5 additional days to pay their monthly premium bill. Instead of 20 days, policyholders now have 25 days from the invoice date to the payment due date. Please note that payment, including payment sent by mail, must be received by the due date. Also, past due bills are not subject to this extension.

To maximize the timing of your billing cycle even more, you can now elect to go paperless for premium bills and info pages. Log in to your online account and choose "Account Management" in the drop-down under your username. Choose Email Notifications and follow the simple instructions to enroll. You'll get an email notification when a statement or policy document is available and reduce the amount of paper mail you get from us.
